What are your top skincare concerns?
My number one focus with taking care of my skin is to enhance that hydrated, healthy glow. I lived most of my life with cystic acne...when I would look in the mirror I would just look for flaws that I wanted to fix. This shift in perspective to what I want to enhance (versus change) has given me a much better relationship with my skin.

My number one beauty secret is daily gua sha. Whether it's in the morning, night or on the toilet (truth!), I always get it in because this practice brings an immediate glow and vitality to your skin.
