The first step in any skincare expert's routine is a Double Cleanse. This technique involves an oil-based cleanser, followed by a water-based cleanser to effectively prepare the skin for next steps. Seeking a natural alternative to surfactants that deplete the skin barrier and disrupt the microbiome, we’ve infused olive leaf water into a rich olive oil balm for a comforting double cleanse for a luxurious facial-level clean in single wash.
CLEANSE PHASE ONE: OLIVE OIL
Our Sicilian olive oil is a magnet for acne-causing oils and debris deep within the pores. By massaging the balm into its oil phase, olive oil surfactants break down and attach to impurities like makeup, sunscreen, and dirt to draw them out of the skin without stripping skin of natural oils. Skin is left meticulously clean while calming and moisturizing Olive Squalane, fatty acids, and vegetable peptides deeply condition the skin so skin feels soft and never stripped or uncomfortably tight.
CLEANSE PHASE TWO: OLIVE LEAF WATER
Packed with potent antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory plant actives, our antioxidant-rich Olive Leaf Water provides a second level of cleansing by rinsing away all water-soluble particles, such as unseen dirt, dead skin cells, and pollution. Activating the milky lather rinses away the residue that is left out the outer level of the skin. All while deeply restoring skin hydration long after rinsing.

STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION
STEP ONE
Use the spatula provided to scoop an olive-sized amount of cleanser out of jar. Add more or less, as needed.
STEP TWO
Warm the balm between fingertips then massage over dry skin until the product fully transforms into an oil. Pay special attention to areas with make-up, dirt, or impurities.
STEP THREE
Wet hands and work water into circular motions to experience the triple texture change into the final light milky lather.
STEP FOUR
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
Note: For heavy makeup wearers, you may want to spend up to two minutes massaging away makeup layers or repeat your cleanse 2x until all the balm has been wiped away.

ORGANIC OLIVE LEAF WATER
Rich in phenols and super antioxidants like oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol, our exclusive olive leaf water protects, soothes and replenishes skin with moisture. We make our own plant water by pruning the leaves of the olive trees on La Furtuna Farm and submerging them in hydro-glycerin for a quick extraction of phenolic content via our Southbath™ Method. We use this olive leaf infusion in place of plain water in our formulas because it amplifies the nutrients available for skin.
