Shipping and Returns
Due to modified operations put in place to help protect those working at our distribution center and possible delays with our shipping carriers, you can expect a delay in receiving your order. Delivery is expected within 4-10 business days of order placement. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
SHIPPING, HANDLING, & PROCESSING
Furtuna Skin orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays and major holidays).
Please note, orders over $1,500 require a signature confirmation at delivery. There is also a $2,500 order value limit.
We are pleased to offer complimentary Standard Ground shipping on all US orders.
Standard Ground delivery will occur in 1-3 business days after the order has been processed, for most orders. Orders shipped via Expedited shipping will be delivered on the 1-2 business days after the order was shipped. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
During promotions and holidays shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
STANDARD GROUND: For in stock items, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
- Orders shipped Standard Ground via USPS and are typically delivered in 1-3 business days after processing.
- Orders for P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and are delivered within 5-14 business days.
- Orders for APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are delivered within 14-21 days via USPS.
EXPEDITED: For in stock items, orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders shipped via Expedited are delivered 1-2 business days after the order was shipped.
- Orders for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are not eligible for Expedited service.
- Expedited shipping does not include Sunday delivery.
Furtuna Skin ships to most international countries including Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Central & South America. We offer UPS Worldwide Express shipping internationally, and duties and taxes will be pre-paid and collected during checkout.
An important note for our Italian customers: Due to Italian customs regulations, all Italian orders must be 4 items or fewer and the quantity per item cannot exceed 2.
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and should arrive within 15 business days. Note that while these estimated times reflect the vast majority of shipments, due to uncontrollable local customs clearance processes and inspections, these estimated times could take longer. You pay guaranteed duties and taxes at checkout; no additional fees are due upon delivery. Subject to local clearance procedures. Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. Please note that International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government (the “Fees”). Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
The Fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
- The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture
- The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to
- VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping
- Select countries will be able to view the total amount of applicable fees, duties and tax/VAT for your order during the checkout process
Our mission is to create wildly potent products that truly transform your skin. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will accept any product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full and received within 90 days of initial purchase. Please note, all International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items shipped internationally.
If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact our Customer Experience Team. To initiate your return please send us an email to email@example.com - please include your order number in your message. Our Customer Experience Team will be happy to assist with a complimentary return label for returns that meet our policy requirements. It is important that you contact our Customer Experience Team before you send in a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or that have not been communicated to the Customer Experience Team.
We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused.
