IS LA FAMIGLIA AVAILABLE INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Furtuna Skin’s loyalty program is available for all our customers. However, our auto-replenishment service is only available for customers in the United States.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, points expire on a twelve (12) month rolling basis. For example, if you earn 100 points on November 15, 2025, they will be valid for redemption until November 14, 2026. However, your loyalty tier status is based on your total lifetime spend, and once you reach a tier, you’ll never be downgraded. You can track your point history in your rewards account.
CAN I STACK POINTS FOR CASH OFF AT CHECKOUT?
Yes! You can redeem your points for dollars off at checkout. For example, 300 points = $30 off a single purchase.
